High Temperature Silica Fabric Brown 800℃ 1200G 36" Welding Shield Blanket Cloth

With high purity 80-90% silica fibers, this 1200gsm silica fabric is high temperature welding blanket cloth with continuous working temperature below 800°C. This heat insulation blanket fabric is a good choice when e-glass fiberglass fabric fails to meet the requirements (application temperature ＞ 550°C). Compared with other materials with same strength and fire resistance, this silica fabric is a more cost effective way.

Area weight of this heavy duty fabric is 1200g/m2 (35oz/sq.yd). Thickness is 1.2mm. Standard width of this woven cloth is 91.44cm (36 inches). Due to its great properties and outstanding thermal insulation, silica fabric is widely used in many fields. And its application includes machine, equipment and workers protective covers, welding blanket, thermal insulation shield for refineries, foundries, power generation and petrochemical factories.
