High Temp Silica Fabric Brown 35OZ 92CM 800℃ Durable Electrical Insulation

With high purity 80-90% silicate content, 35oz/sq.yd silica fabric is one of the heavy duty welding blanket materials. It is able to resist a continuous heat below 800°C. When 550°C e-glass fiberglass is not enough for heat insulation, this 800℃ silica fabric will be a ideal choice. Besides, silica fabric is flexible and easy to fabricate. It also have high tensile strength.

Weight per square meter of this abrasion resistant fabric is 1200g (35oz/sq.yd). Thickness is 1.2mm. Standard width is 36 inches. Because of its great thermal insulation features, silica fabric is widely used in many industrial fields. Main applications includes welding blanket, thermal insulation for refineries, foundries, electrical insulation fire blanket for power generation and petrochemical factories.
