High Temp. Silica Fabric 800℃ 1200G 36" Wide Brown Chemical Resistant
With 80-90% silicate contents silica fibers, 1200gsm silica fabric is able to withstand heat below 800°C continuously. This welding fire blanket cloth peroforms better than 550℃ e-glass fiberglass fabric. Also, compared with same strength materials, silica fabric is easier to fabricate and very flexible. It is very economical too.
Its specification is heavy duty. Area weight is 1200g/m2 (about 35oz/sq.yd). Thickness is 1.3mm. Standard width of this woven silica fabric is 91.44cm (36 inches). Due to its great physical properties and excellent flame heat insulation, silica fabric is widely used in industrial fields. And its main application includes machine, equipment welding protpective covers, fire blankets & curtains, removable thermal insulation & electrical insulation shield for refineries, foundries and power generation.
