Brown Silica Fabric 1400℉ 1200G 1.3MM 36" High Temp Insulation Blanket

High temperature insulation blanket material - silica fabric with 80-90% SiO2 is able to withstand a temperature below 800℃ (1400℉) continuously. It is designed when e-glass fiber glass cloth (550℃ heat resistance) can't meet the thermal insulation requirements. What's more, 1200gsm heavy duty but flexible woven cloth is easy to fabricate, which makes itself a ideal material for welding fire blanket and other insulation covers production.

Weight per unit area of this cloth is about 35oz/sq.yd. Fabric thickness is 1.3mm. Standard width of silica fabric is 91.44cm, 36 inches. Due to silica fabric's great physical/chemical properties and high temp heat insulation, silica cloth is widely used for machine, equipment welding, fire curtains, removable thermal insulation & electrical insulation blanket and oven heat insulation.
