Fiberglass Fire Blanket Red Acrylic 0.43MM 490G Satin Welding Safety Fabric

Acrylic coated fiberglass fabric is a main material for welding blanket. It is made of 430g/m2 basic cloth then coated with 30gsm red Acrylic on each side. With Acrylic coating, the fiberglass fabric is more convenient to fabricate (without edge fraying). Fiberglass cloth is a high tensile strength and heat fire resistant material. It can be coated with different compound to meet some special application requirements.

This fiberglass cloth (100% without asbestos) is weighed at 430g/m2 and it is woven in cross twill - 4H satin. Coated with 30/30 gsm red acrylic, total weight is 490gsm. Standard width of coated fabric is 1000mm. Roll length is 50 meters.

Lightweight, fire resistant glass fiber cloth has properties such as abrasion resistant, chemical corrosion resistant and electrical insulation. Work temperature of fiber glass fabric is 550℃ continuously. Acrylic coating is able to be used at a continuous temperature below 260℃. Main applications of this coated glass fabric is welding blanket, fire safety cover and oil pipe protection.
