E-glass fiberglass fabric is a lightweight, flexible and high tensile strength woven cloth, which is a great and economical material for surfboard laminating. 4oz, 6oz and 8oz are standard specification. Fiberglass fabric with tear resistance and durability is capable of keeping the surfboard high strength and low weight. 

When do the fiber glassing, layers of 4oz or 6oz e-glass fabrics are used to the surfboard deck. Typically it will be 3 layers of glass fiber cloth: two on the top and one on the bottom. 4oz cloth is mainly used for shortboard and its standard width is 70cm / 27.5".

Usually density or yarn count of the fiberglass cloth will be a little different between two countries, but we can promise the high strength and quality. Unionfull customers from Australia, Brazil, Mexico and Spain all confirm the quality. However, if you need the fabric density 100% same as your current fabric, please send us a sample. Unionfull is able to produce the fabric as the customer required.
