36OZ High Silica Fabric 1200℃ Industrial Insulation Welding Fire Blanket Roll

With more than 96% SiO2 content, high silica fabric is a heavy duty and flame heat resistant break twill woven cloth. This flame proof fabric is able to withstand continuous heat below 1200℃. And its softening point is close to 1700℃. High temp silica fabric is produced for applications where 550℃ fireproof e-glass fiberglass cloth failed to meet the thermal insulation requirements.

Except for heat protection, this fabric is very high strength and abrasion resistant, which make it a great material for welding sparks and hot splashes protection. Besides, 1200gsm high silica cloth is heavy duty, tear resistant but easy to fabricate. This fabrics can be sewed to fire blanket and curtains.

Standard weight per unit area of this silica cloth is 36 oz/sq.yd (1200g/m2). Thickness is 1.3mm. Standard width of silica fabric is 91.44cm / 36 inches. One roll is 50m (55 yards).
