1.3MM White High Silica Fabric Heavy Duty 1200℃ 36OZ Durable Fire Blanket Cloth

High silica fabric is fireproof and durable cloth woven in satin weaving type. Standard area weight of Unionfull high silica cloth is 36 oz/sq.yd. With over 96% SiO2 silicate content, 1200gsm high silica fabric is a high temperature resistant and high density fabric. This cloth is abrasion resistant, anti chemical agents, electirical insulation and non-asbestos, non toxic. Thickness of 1200gsm high silica cloth is 1.3mm thick. Its heavy duty and great fire resistant properties make it a suitable material for continuous heat and fire sparks protection. 1200g/m2 high silica fabric is able to withstand heat from -50 to 1200℃ continuously and its softening point is 1700℃. It is widely used in industrial fields where common 550℃ flame resistant e-glass fiber glass fabrics fail to meet the standard.

High silica fabric can be used for industrial welding eco friendly insulation for energy heat, fire sparks and molten metal splashes shield. Although this fabric is high strength, durable and flexible, it is still easy to fabricate.
