With various compound coating, fiberglass fabrics are able to meet different purpose use. This 430g/m2 basic fiber glass fabric is woven in satin weave (cross twill). Coating yellow acrylic on two sides is 50/50 gsm. Total weigh of finish fabric is 530g/m2. Standard width of coated fiber glass cloth is 1000mm. Roll length is 50m usually. Unionfull can produce as customer's requirements. Fiber glass woven fabric can withstand continuous heat below 550℃. Acrylic coating can withstand a temperature below 260℃ continuously.
Acrylic coated fiberglass fabric is high strength but flexible material. With properties like chemical agents protection, corrosion resistance, flame resistance and electrical insulation, this coated fabrics is a ideal material for industrial heat insulation applications. It main usage is fire welding blanket. Due to its abrasion resistance and flexibility, this cloth is easy to sew and fabricate. Eyelets on the edges of welding fire blankets are common process. Except for fire blankets, it is also suitable for other hot work environment, such as power generation heat shield, chemical factory insulation and oil & gas pipeline and equipments cover.
