Flexible air duct is extremely high strength and durable with PVC coated fiber glass cloth bonded to a spring steel wire helix. PVC coated fibreglass cloth is a fire heat resistant and tear resistant woven fabric. This flame resistant glass cloth is anti chemical agents, corrosion resistant, waterproof, oil resistant and abrasion resistant. Besides, it has electrical insulation and stable dimension. This ready made fabric air hose pipe duct is usually used for flexible ducting installation.
Fiberglass fabric air duct is designed as superior alternative in pressure heating and cooling systems. It is a economical solution to air handling application. Its material is so flexible that it is very easy to fabricate and install. It satisfies various industry’s increasing demand. Its continuous work temperature is -50 to 260℃, its basic fiberglass fabric can withstand heat below 550 degree centigrade.
