PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric 580GSM 4*4MM Mesh Screen Printing Conveyor Belt
Material of this 580gsm PTFE fiberglass conveyor belt is 4*4mm basic glass fiber open mesh fabric impregnated with brown color polytetrafluoroethylene. Open mesh can be 1mmx1mm, 2mmx2.5mm, 4mmx4mm and 10mmx10mm different size. Fiber glass open mesh is a durable and abrasion resistant fabric. Conveyor belts can be single weft and double weft. Double weft mesh belts have higher tensile strength and longer life. For most industrial conveyor application, double weft is suitable.
Fiberglass mesh is a fire and high temperature resistant material. Continuous work temperature is 260°C, 300°C in shot time. Basic fiberglass mesh can withstand 550℃ heat. Fiber glass mesh belt with stable dimension and chemical property. PTFE coating is non stick, food grade, non toxic.
Edge reinforcement of fiberglass conveyor belts are PTFE film or PTFE coated fiberglass fabric. Joint can be spiral joint or bull nose joint.
