Insulation Jacket 250℃ Grey Fiberglass Fabric Removable Blanket

Removable thermal insulation blanket jacket is made of fiberglass fabric and needlemat to eliminate heat loss of strainer, filters, valves, pipe, turbine, etc. Compared with sheetmetal, fiber glass cloth is more flexible and easy to fabricate. Due to its quick removal and re-application, exhaust insulation wrap is mainly used in heat-exchanger rooms, manufacturing plants application, boiler rooms, etc. Jacket can be open with fire retardant velcro and buckles so this removable insulation jacket is applied to cover the equipment.

Structure of jacket is a sandwich design. Between two layers of single side grey silicone coated fiberglass fabric is e-glass fiberglass needle mat. It is ideal fire resistant and eco-friendly material. Fiber glass needlemat can be recycled. This jacket is light weight but high strength, durable, chemical resistant and electrical insulated.

With this 25mm jacket, high temp air, gas, oil or hot liquid in the object won't makes the surface too hot. Also it can protect the inside object from heat and cold damage. Workers won't feel itchy or too hot when they install and remove the cover.

IR Test result of this removable insulation cover showed that when the temperature inside of the equipment goes up to 300℃, the surface of jacket is below 32℃.
