PTFE Coated Fiberglass Mesh Fabric 580GSM 4X4MM Industrial Dryer Conveyor Belt
Industrial dryer conveyor belt is made of 580gsm 1mm thick PTFE coated fiberglass open mesh in 4x4mm mesh size. THe coating is black color PTFE. Fiber glass open mesh is a high strength and abrasion resistant material. It is fireproof and heat resistant. Its work temperature is -50 to 260℃ continuously (PTFE coating). Besides, this belt is non stick, chemical resistant, anti corrosion and non toxic.
Fiberglass conveyor belt open mesh is single weft or double weft. Double weft one has higher strength and longer using life. Also it is used more wide than single weft in most industrial conveyor application.
For final use, edge reinforcement and joint is common. PTFE film or PTFE coated fiberglass fabric reinforcement are common used. Spiral joint or bull nose joint are two main joint way.
