Industrial PTFE fiber glass conveyor belt is a basic 4x4mm size open mesh roll impregnated with black color polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). This finished belt is weighed at 580gsm and 1mm thick. Fiber glass open mesh is durable fabric which is flame resistant. Its high strength and flexibility make it a suitable material for industrial conveyor belt usages.
Continuous work temperature of fiberglass mesh conveyor is -50 to 260℃. What's more, this heat resistant conveyor belt is non stick to rubber, chemical agents acid alkali resistant, anti corrosion and non toxic. The coating can be food grade for some food process application.
PTFE coated conveyor belt is single weft or double weft. Double weft belt has higher tensile strength and longer using life. Also double weft belt is used more wider than single weft in industrial conveyor application.
