Grey Thermal Insulation Jacket Removable Fiberglass Cover 300℃ 25MM

Removable thermal insulation jacket is designed for pumps, filters, valves, pipe, turbine heat insulation protection. Also the fiberglass jacket can keep the inside equipment at stable temperature and eliminate heat loss. Compared with sheetmetal, fiber glass cloth is more flexible and easy to fabricate, but its strength is great. Due to its quick removal and re-application, this insulation blanket can be used in heat-exchanger rooms, manufacturing plants application, boiler rooms, etc. Closure of jacket is fire retardant velcro and metal buckles. The jacket can be open to warp the object.

Insulation jacket design is a sandwich style. There is 800℃ heat resistant fiberglass needlemat between two layers of single side grey silicone coated fiber glass fabric. Fiberglass material with ideal fire heat resistance is eco-friendly. 

With the heat insulation jacket, high temp air, gas, oil or hot liquid in the equipment will be insulated. Workers won't feel itchy or too hot when they install and remove the fiberglass mattress and pad.

IR Test

IR Test result of removable thermal insulation jacket showed that when the temperature inside of the equipment goes up to 300℃, the surface of jacket is below 32℃.
