White High Silica Fabric 1200℃ 36OZ 50M Roll Oven Heat Insulation Sealing
High silica cloth with more than 96% SiO2 content is able to withstand continuous heat below 1200℃. It is weighed at 36oz/sq.yd (1200gsm) and 1.3mm thick. This heavy duty and high stength cloth is woven in satin weave. Standard width is 91.44cm (36") and roll length is 50m (55 yards).
Softening point of this 36oz silica fabric is close to 1700℃. Silica fabric is widely used when 550℃ e-glass fiberglass cloth failed to meet the thermal insulation requirements. Besides, due to its tear resistance, flexibility and durability, one application of it is welding fire blanket.
