4*4 PTFE Coated Fiberglass Mesh Fabric 580GSM Black Tortilla Press Conveyor Belt
Food grade conveyor belt is made of fiber glass open mesh fabric which is impregnated with food grade PTFE. Common mesh size is 4x4mm open mesh. This black mesh fabric is weighed at 580g/m2 and 1mm thick. Fiberglass mesh is durable, abrasion resistant, chemical resistant and corrosion resistant. Due to its heat&flame resistant and non toxic property, it is widely used for food industry use.
Continuous work temperature of fiberglass conveyor belt is -50 to 260℃. With non stick PTFE coating, other chemical agents like silicone rubber won't stick on the mesh belt. And it is easy to clean the mesh fabric by soapy water.
