260℃ PTFE Coated Fiberglass Mesh Fabric 4*4MM 580GSM Black Conveyor Belt Dryer
Heat resistant conveyor belt is made of fiberglass mesh roll impregnated with food grade Polytetrafluoroethylene (i.e. PTFE). 4x4mm open mesh size is most popular and common used one. Black fiberglass mesh belt fabric is 580g/m2 (about 17oz) and 1mm thick. Fiberglass mesh is a tear resistant, abrasion resistant, anti chemical corrosion material. This heat&flame resistant and non toxic replacement conveyor belt, it is widely used in food industry.
PTFE coated fiberglass conveyor belt can withstand heat from -50 to 260℃ continuously. With non stick PTFE coating, other chemical compound like silicone rubber won't stick on the mesh belt. And PTFE mesh is washable, it is easy to clean by soapy water.
