260℃ Valves Thermal Insulation Jacket 25MM Removable Fiberglass Pumps Cover

Removable jacketed insulation covers of pumps, filters, valves, pipeline, engine for cold&heat protection is made of silicone coated fiberglass fabric and fiberglass needle mat.  It is able to keep the inside equipments in stable work environment. Fiberglass cloth is a flexible but high stength material. It is easy to fabricate. Its design provides quick removal and re-application, so this insulation blanket is widely used in industrial fields. This jacket is open by fire retardant velcro and metal buckles. We can also produce it based on customers' drawing.

Design of thermal insulation jacket is sandwich style. There is 800℃ heat resistant fiberglass needle mat between two layers of 260℃ silicone coated fiber glass fabric. With this insulation mattresses, high temp air, gas, oil or hot liquid in the equipment will be insulated so that workers won't feel itchy or too hot when they touch the equipments.

IR Test

IR test result of this thermal insulation blanket showed that when the temperature inside of the equipment goes up to 300℃, the surface of blanket is below 32℃ continuously.
