4X4MM PTFE Coated Fiberglass Mesh Fabric Conveyor Belt 450GSM 2.2M
Conveyor belt mesh fabric is made of fiber glass open mesh impregnated with black color food grade PTFE. Open mesh size are 1mmx1mm, 2mmx2.5mm, 4mmx4mm and 10mmx10mm. Common used open mesh size is 4x4mm. This black color 4x4mm mesh fabric is weighed at 480g/m2 (14.16oz). Fiberglass open mesh is high strength, durable, abrasion resistant, oil&chemical resistant. Due to its heat&flame resistant, non stick and non toxic properties, PTFE coated fiberglass mesh fabric is widely used in food industry.
Continuous heat resistant temperature of PTFE fiberglass open mesh conveyor belt is -50 to 260℃. With non stick PTFE coating, chemical agents like silicone rubber won't stick on the mesh belt. After using, it is easy to be cleaned by soapy water.
