This 25mm thermal insulation jacket is engineered for wrapping pumps, filters, valves, pipes, turbines, and actuators. Constructed with premium heat-resistant materials, it provides exceptional thermal protection while remaining removable for maintenance access.
Outer Layer: Silicone coated fiberglass fabric (510g/m², 0.43mm thickness) withstands temperatures up to 260°C while providing oil, moisture, and electrical insulation properties.
Inner Layer: E-glass needle mat insulation maintains thermal protection up to 800°C continuously, offering excellent corrosion and chemical resistance.
