Fiber glass needle mat is a 800℃ heat resistant blanket made of e-glass fiber glass filament. Cut into 3cm to 10cm length, these fibers filament will be put on the ground ramblingly, then punched by thousands of needles to form a blanket without any bonding agents.
Fiber glass needle mat has properties like high porosity, high air permeability, sound absorption and heat insulation. Besides, fiber glass needle mat is eco-friendly and recyclable material. It can be cut into fibers and be needled into a blanket again.
Thickness of this high temp mat can be 3mm to 25mm. For 25mm thick, density is usually 130kg/m3 to 150kg/m3. Max width is 2400mm. Roll length is 10m.
