Thermal insulation fabrics - high temperature Acrylic coated fiber glass fabric is made of 430g/m2 e-glass fiberglass cloth woven in satin weave. Its coating is 100gsm acrylic on two sides, so total weight of coated fabric is 530g/m2. Stanard width of Acrylic coated fiberglass cloth is 1000mm and one roll is 50 meters long.
Acrylic coating improves properties like heat resistance, moisture resistance, abrasion resistance and electrical insulation of fiber glass fabric. What's more, coated fiberglass fabric is light weight but at the same time it is flexible and easy to fabricate. So it is always used for fire blanket and thermal insulation blanket production. Its work temperature is below 500℉ continuously.
