Silicone coated fiberglass cloth is common used for industrial fields. This 850g/m2 basic fiberglass cloth is woven in satin, with 200g/m2 silicone rubber on two sides, totall weight is 1050g/m2 (31oz). Thickness is 0.85mm. Thread count of this cloth is 8/6 per cm. Standard width of coated fabric is 1m wide, roll length is 50m.
Fiber glass fabric is durable, tear resistant, heavy duty and chemical resistant. With grey silicone on two sides, the silicone coated glass fiber fabric is abrasion resistant, electrical insulated, anti corrosion and oil resistant.
Besides, silicone coated fiberglass fabric is easy to fabricate. And with silicone rubber coating, there is no fraying on the cutting edges. This high temperature glass fiber fabric is able to resist 550℃ continuous heat. Silicone coating can be used below 260℃. Application of this heat insulation cloth includes fire blanket&curtains, welding sparks shield, pipe&pump insulation cover.
