PTFE coated BBQ grill mat is non stick so silicone, rubber or other agents won't stick on its surface. Its material - heat resistant fiberglass fabric is woven by e-glass fiberglass filament in different weave. In order to meet various application requirements, glass fiber cloth will be impregnated with different compound like silicone, PU, PVC, PTFE on two sides or single side. Among them,  it is special for its waterproof and non stick properties. Its color can be black, beige, brown, grey, silver or copper. And this PTFE coated glass fabrics have low friction coefficient, food grade, non-toxic, chemical resistance and corrosion resistant. 
 
Fiber glass fabric can withstand heat below 550℃ continuously. With PTFE coating, the coated glass cloth can be used from -50 to 260℃. What's more, fiber glass meterial is eco-friendly and non-hazardous.
 
0.12mm brown color PTFE coated fibreglass fabric is made of plain weave glass fabric. With two sides PTFE, its final weight is 230g/m2. Non stick PTFE coated fiber glass fabric or its products is easy to be cleaned by soapy water, also it is dishwasher safe. So one main application is for food process products. High temperature PTFE coating fabric can be used in microwave and grillI. Its PTFE coating is FDA food grade, which is non-toxic and odorless. Standard thicknesses are 0.08mm, 0.12mm and 0.2mm. Size is 33x40cm, 15.75x13 inches. Its packaging can be customized.
 
Another application of non stick PTFE coated fiberglass cloth are industrial heat printing transfer. As heat printing non stick liner, agents like rubbers won't stick one the machine. Sizes are usually 8x12 inches, 10x12 inches or 18x20 inches. Non stick liners are important items because there is no any residue will melt onto the machine upper platen with this liner.
