Fiberglass fabric is woven by e-glass fiberglass filament in plain, twill or satin weave. In order to meet different usage requirements, basic fiber glass cloth will be impregnated with different compound on two sides or one side. PTFE is specially for its waterproof and non stick properties. Colors of PTFE are black, beige, brown, grey, silver or copper. This coated fabrics own low friction coefficient, food grade, heat resistance, chemical resistance and electrical insulation. It is widely use in industrial fields and food industry. 
Fiberglass fabric is able to withstand continuous heat below 550℃. With PTFE coating, coated fibre glass cloth can be used from -50 to 260℃ continuously. Besides, fiber glass meterial is eco-friendly, non toxic and non-hazardous material.
 
0.12mm (0.005 inches thick) brown PTFE coated fibre glass fabric is plain glass fabric coated with brown PTFE on two sides. Its final weight is 230gsm. Non stick PTFE coated fiber glass fabric or its made products are easy to be cleaned and it is dishwasher safe. One main application of this cloth is food process products. High temp PTFE coated glass fabric can be used in microwave and grillI continuously. Its PTFE coating is FDA standard, which is non-toxic and odorless under heating. Thicknesses are 0.08mm, 0.12mm and 0.2mm. Common used size is 33x40cm, 15.75x13 inches. Its packaging can be customized.
 
Another application of non stick PTFE coated fiber glass cloth is industrial heat printing transfer machine liner. As heat printing non stick liner, other chemical agents and rubbers won't stick on the printing machine. For this application, sizes are 8x12 inches, 10x12 inches or 18x20 inches. Non stick liners are important items because with this heat insulation&non stick liner, there is no any residue will melt onto the machine upper platen.
