Fiber glass cloth is woven by e-glass fiberglass filament in plain, twill or satin weave. In order to meet different application demands, the fiberglass fabric is impregnated with PU/PVC/PTFE coating on two sides or single side. PTFE (i.e.) is specially for its waterproof, non stick and heat resistant properties. Colors can be black, beige, brown, grey, silver or copper. PTFE coated glass fabrics own low friction coefficient, food grade standard, heat resistance, chemical resistance and durability. It is widely use for industrial heat insulation&non stick application and food process industry. 

Fiber glass fabric can withstand continuous heat below 550℃.PTFE coating, coated fibre glass cloth can resist heat from -50 to 260℃. What's more, PTFE coated fiberglass cloth is eco-friendly, non toxic and non-hazardous.
 
0.12mm brown color PTFE coated fibreglass fabric is plain weave glass fabric coated with brown color PTFE on two sides. Its final weight is 230g/m2. Non stick PTFE coated fiberglass fabric or its made products is dishwasher safe and it is easy to clean. Main application of this FDA heat resistant cloth is food process products. High temperature PTFE coated glass fabric can be used in microwave and grillI continuously. Its PTFE coating is FDA standard food grade, which is non-toxic, odorless. Thicknesses are 0.08mm, 0.12mm and 0.2mm. Size is 33x40cm (15.75"x13"). Its packaging can be customized.
 
Another application of PTFE coated glass cloth is industrial heat printing transfer machine. As non stick heat resistant liner, other agents and rubbers won't stick on the machine. Sizes are 8x12 inches, 10x12 inches or 18x20 inches. Non stick PTFE coated fiberglass liners are important items for this work because with non stick heat insulation liner, there is no any residue will melt onto the machine upper platen.
