Basic cloth of this Acrylic coated fiberglass cloth - 3732 fiber glass fabric is an industrial heat resistant fabric which is 430gsm and 0.4mm thick. It is woven in satin weave (i.e. cross twil or break twill). Compared with the plain, satin weave has higher density and it is a soft and loose structural weave. It is flame&heat resistant, abrasion resistant and easy to fabricate. In order to meet various requirements, fiber glass fabric will be impregnated with silicone/PTFE/Acrylic. 0.43mm Acrylic glass fabric is 50/50gsm coating. Fiberglass cloth is able to withstand continuous heat below 550℃, Acrylic coating can resist 260℃ heat continuously.
Acrylic coated fiber glass fabric is high temp heat&fire resistant fabric, non toxic, welding sparks protective, anti chemical, anti corrosion.
