Orange Acrylic Coated Fibreglass Fabric 500℉ 0.2MM 260G Chemical Flame Resistant
Fiber glass fabric is woven in plain weave and it is fire heat resistant, abrasion resistant cloth. Due to its high strength, fire resistance and easy to fabricate, it is widely used for fire blanket. What's more, in order to achieve different requirements, basic fiber glass fabric will be coated with silicone/PU/PTFE/Acrylic on single side or two sides. 0.22mm Acrylic impregnated glass fabric is made of 200g e-glass fiberglass cloth and coating is 30/30gsm. Coated glass fabric is weighed at 260g/m2 (7.7oz). Heat resistant fiberglass cloth can withstand continuous heat below 550℃, Acrylic coating can resist a temperature below 260℃.
Acrylic coated fiber glass fabric is lightweight, heat insulating fabric, non toxic, flame retardant, sparks splashers shield and chemical resistant. Applications of this coated fabric include pipe heat insulation cover, flame blanket, orange welding curtain, energy insulation, fiberglass welding cloth.
