Heat Thermal Insulation Jacket Removable Fiberglass Grey 25mm 260℃ Cover

Romovable thermal insulation blanket/jacket is designed to cover equipments like pumps, valces, pipelines and actuators as heat resistant jacket. Its materials includes silicone coated fiberglass fabric and e-glass needled mat.

Its surface material - grey color silicone coated glass fiber cloth is 0.4mm or 0.8mm glass fiber fabric coated with heat resistnt&electrical insulated silcone on one sides. With this coating, the insulation jacket is oil&moisture resistant, anti corrosion, chemical resistant. This cloth is abrasion resistant but easy to fabricate. This silicone coated fabric is able to withstand continuously heat below 260℃. E-glass needle mat can withstand heat below 800℃.

IR Test

IR Test result of removable jacket showed that when the temperature in equipment goes up to 300℃ continuously, the surface temperature of this jacket is below 40℃.
