Materials of stovetop gas range protectors are PTFE coated fiberglass fabric. It is designed to protect gas range area from oil, spills and mess. PTFE coated glass fabric is heat resistant, chemical resistant, anti corrosion, abrasion resistant and non stick. Its PTFE surface is easy to clean, waterproof and oil resistant.
Standard size of stovetop burner protectors is 27x27cm, 10.6"x10.6". Thickness of black one is 0.08mm. Fiberglass fabric can withstand continuous heat below 550℃. Use temperature of PTFE coated fiber glass fabric is -50 to 260℃ continuously. PTFE coating is FDA approved for food grade process. It is no toxic under 260℃ continuous heating. Whar's more, its material is easy to fabricate so that customers can cut the protectoes by scissors to fit the stovetop.
