PTFE Coated Fiberglass Open Mesh Fabric 4X4MM Black Conveyor Belt Roll 260℃
Materials of fiber glass conveyor belt is 4x4mm fiber glass open mesh fabric roll impregnated with PTFE. The mesh fabric is weighed at 580g/m2. Fiberglass open mesh fabric is a heat resistant mesh cloth with high tensile strength, anti corrosion and chemical resistance properties. With PTFE coating, silicone rubber won't stick on the mesh belt. Besides, this PTFE coated fabric is FDA approved food grade, which makes it suitable for food industry conveyor belts. Because of its non stick PTFE coating, this fiber glass open mesh cloth is easy to clean by soapy water after using.
Fiberglass mesh belt is able to be used below 550℃. And work temperature of PTFE coated conveyor belt is -50 to 260℃. Roll length can be customized.
