Silver Thermal Insulation Jackets Aluminized Heat Reflective Materials
Industrial equipment need accurate control of variables like temperature, fluid levels and flow. Among them, transmitter is devices used to send information to the control center which allows monitoring and adjusting the process. These devices convert measurements from sensors into signals what are received at another location to be controlled. So the process can be adjusted appropriately. In order to protect the transmitter against freezing and overheating, usually removable thermal insulation jackets are necessary. Also, the insulation blanket is able to protect your different kinds sensitive transmitting devices from harsh environmental and vibrations.
Transmitter heat insulation covers are important to minimizing re-insulation time. And it is removable which mean it is very convenient to install and remove the jacket from the equipments. Especially in adverse conditions and heavy weather, this removable cover makes the inspection and maintenance easier.
Thermal insulation covers are made of aluminium foil lanminated fiberglass fabric and fiberglass needled mat. This durable insulation blanket is produced to provide complete coverage and protection to transmitter devices. Meanwhile, this cover is able to reduce maintenance man hours and costs.
Outside material is 0.8mm glass fiber cloth lanminated with a layer of aluminium foil. With aluminium foil on the surface, this cloth is able to refect most heat. What's more, it is electrical insulation, moisture resistance, anti chemical agents. Aluminium foil glass fiber fabric can resist continuous heat below 300℃. Inside material e-glass needled mat can withstand heat below 800℃ continuously. This recyclable needled mat is an excellent high temp resistant and eco-friendly material. After using, it can be cut into fibers and needled into a blanket again.

IR Test
IR Test result of removable insulation jacket showed that when the inside temperature in equipment goes up to 300℃ continuously, surface temperature of the jacket is around 35℃.
