Transmitter Thermal Insulation Covers Removable Grey Fiberglass Materials 300℃
 
Removable thermal insulation cover is made of fiberglass materials. It is designed to provide complete coverage and protection to various devices. Heat insulation blanket is essential to reduce re-insulation time. Its closure is fire retardant and metal buckles, which makes the cover easy to install or remove from the devices. Espencially in adverse conditions and heavy weather, heat resistant cover makes the inspection and maintenance more convenient.

Outside material of the engineered insulation covers is grey color silicone coated fiberglass fabric. Inside material is e-glass needled mat. High tensile strength and abrasion resistant blanket can reduce maintenance man hours and costs. Save energy, save cost. What's more, heat insulation mattress provides excellent electrical insulation, heat resistance, oil and moisture resistance, chemical resistance. Durable silicone coated glass fabric is flexible and easy to fabricate, it is able to withstand continuous heat below 260℃. Inside material e-glass needled mat can resist heat below 800℃. Needled blanket is high temperature resistant, recyclable and eco-friendly. It is asbestos free, no toxic.

IR Test

IR Test result of removable insulation jacket showed that when the inside temperature in equipment goes up to 300℃ continuously, surface temperature of the jacket is around 35℃.
