PTFE Coated Fiberglass Mesh Fabric 4X4MM Conveyor Belt 260℃ Heat Resistant
Fiberglass conveyor belt is made of basic fiber glass open mesh cloth roll coated with PTFE. Fiberglass mesh fabric is high strength, abrasion resistant and heat resistant. With PTFE compound, this coated mesh fabric is chemical resistant, anti corrosion, flame resistant, non-toxic. PTFE surface is non stick, so after using, almost nonthing will stick on the mesh belt. And it is easy to clean.
Besides, this PTFE coated fabric is FDA approved food grade, which makes it suitable for food industry conveyor belts. Fiberglass mesh belt is able to withstand continuous heat below 550℃. And use temperature of PTFE coated conveyor belt is -50 to 260℃.
The mesh fabric is weighed at 580g/m2. Width is 4200mm max. Colors are brown or black. Roll length can be customized.
