Fiberglass conveyor belt is fiberglass open mesh cloth impregnated with brown PTFE . Coated mesh belt is weighed at 580g/m2 and it is 1mm thick. Open mesh size is 4x4mm. Standard width is 4200mm max. Colors are black or brown. Fiberglass mesh fabric is fire resistant, durable, abrasion resistant and chemical resistant. PTFE coating is non stick and food grade. It is non-hazardous under heating. After using, this non stick mesh belt is easy to clean.
Fiberglass mesh cloth can resist continuous heat below 550℃. Use temperature of PTFE coated conveyor belt is from -50 to 260℃ continuously.
