PTFE Coated Fiberglass Mesh Fabric Black 4X4MM 580G Textile Dryer Conveyor Belt
Materials of Unionfull fiberglass conveyor belt is fiber glass open mesh cloth roll impregnated with black pr other colors PTFE . This PTFE coated mesh belt is weighed at 580g/m2 and its thickness is 1mm. Open mesh size is 4x4mm. Others can be 1x1mm, 2x2.5mm, 10x10mm. Standard width is 4200mm max. Normal colors are black and brown. Fiberglass mesh fabric is heat resistant, tear resistant, abrasion resistant and corrosion resistant. PTFE coating is FDA approved. It is non-hazardous under continuous heating below 260℃. After using, this non stick open mesh belt is easy to clean.
Basic fiberglass open mesh can resist continuous heat below 550℃. Use temperature of PTFE coated conveyor belt is from -50 to 260℃ continuously.
