Gate, globe valves need to be insulated to protect them against freezing and overheating. Especially in adverse conditions and heavy weather, removable insulation jacket allows convenient inspection and maintenance. Removable insulation jackets are necessary for plants and outdoor equipment protection.

Materials of globe valve insulation cover is silicone coated fiberglass cloth which is able to resist 260℃ continuous heat, and 800℃ fiber glass needled mat interior. Fiberglass insulation jacket has electrical insulation, moisture resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance and tear resistance. What's more, materials of insulation cover are eco-friendly. It is non-asbestos and 100% fiber glass, which is non hazardous.
