High Silica Fiberglass Needle Mat Car Silencer Muffler White 25MM 130KG 1800℉
Amorphous silica glass fibre needled mat is carded into high volume mat, which is mechanically needled to bond the fibers together. The needled felt is dimensionally stable felt with excellent thermal and acoustic insulated features. This needled blanket is free of chemical binder. The needle system and silica fibre diameter improve the needle mat with high air permeability, high density, chemical resistant, heat insulation and acoustic absorption. The high silica content makes the felt improved compactness, flexibility and heat resistance.
High silica needle mats are able to be used below 1800℉ continuously. Its properties include low coefficient of thermal conduction, low heat shrinkage and eco-friendly. Materials of high silica needle mat is 100% fiber glass, non-asbestos and not toxic.
