Materials of Unionfull insulation jacket includes outside silicone coated fiberglass fabric and inside fiber glass needled mat. This insulation items can protect your equipment from harsh environmental conditions. It allows removing and reinstalling of the jackets. Our heat insulation cover also provide protection against freezing and overheating.

Fiber glass heat resistant cover is produced to insulate components includes gate valves, globe valves, PRVs, steam traps, unions, flanges, power generation and heat exchanger etc. 

Because of inspection and maintenance of heat exchangers is essential, a removable exhaust heat shield is better than thick stay-in-place insulation.

Usually even there is generally have built-in insulation in the outer casing, heat exchangers do not perform their duty at optimal efficiency. If the heat exchanger experiences surface temperatures drastically different than the ambient temperature, valuable heat will radiating away. In the cases of larger heat exchangers or facilities with multiple units, the amount of energy loss can be substantial. IR Test

IR Test result of removable jacket showed that when the temperature in equipment goes up to 300℃ continuously, the surface temperature of this jacket is around 35℃.
