The base material of the glass fiber cloth is an alkali-free glass fiber yarn, and its production process is generally made by using an enhanced boring agent. Glass fiber cloth is an indispensable insulating banding material for motors and electrical because of its excellent insulation performance and high temperature resistance.
UPSE-8732D160 is two sides silicone coated(80g per side) fabric with fireproof, waterproof performance. So it is 590g/m2 weight and 0.5mm thick, generally 50m per roll. The weave type of this fabric is satin weave, glass fiber cloth also have twill, plain weave.The softness and firmness produced by different methods of preparation are also different.

Properties:
1.Fire retardant
Fiberglass Sunglasses have flame retardant properties not found in other fabrics. The real fiberglass fabric will not be deformed and charred after the fire, because the inner skeleton of the fabric is glass fiber.
2.Shade, light, ventilation
This fabric eliminates up to 80% of solar radiation, maintains indoor air circulation, and provides a clear view of the outdoor scene.
3.Chemical resistant, can withstand the corrosion of strong acid, alkali, aqua regia and various organic solvents.
4.Heat resistant, temeperature up to 260℃.
5.High strength.

Applications:
1.Construction
The application of silicone coated glass fiber in the construction field is mainly reflected in the exterior wall insulation and waterproofing, glass fiber reinforced cement and various building materials. Glass fiber is used in almost all types of exterior wall insulation systems. For example, the most widely used polystyrene and polyurethane sheets in foreign countries must be reinforced with glass fiber. This type of thermal insulation material has obvious safety and reliability, energy saving effect, long surface anti-seepage and anti-cracking effect, environmental protection and diversification of veneering.
2.Temperature resistance: as fire blanket, fire curtain, temperature resistant flame retardant material, working temperatuer can be from -70℃ to 260℃.
3.Anti-corrosion aspect
Silicone-coated glass fiber can be used as the inner and outer anti-corrosion layer of pipelines and storage tanks. It has excellent anti-corrosion performance, high temperature resistance and high strength. It is an ideal anti-corrosion material.
4.Industry
Heat insulation, fire prevention and flame retardant. Silicone coated glass fiber can be made into welding blanket and curtains , because the material absorbs a large amount of heat when it is burned by flames and prevents the flame from passing through and isolating the air.
5. Other fields: Silicone rubber coated glass fiber membrane structural materials can be applied to building sealing materials, high temperature anticorrosive conveyor belts, packaging materials and other fields.
