Acrylic coated fiberglass cloth is fiber glass fabric coated with Acrylic on one side or two sides. And composite materials with flame retardant and multiple applications. Its features include high tensile strength, excellent resistance to heat, light, chemical agents aging and oil. With strong resistance to flammability and water. This black Acrylic coated fiberglass fabric is used extensively in many fields. Heat resistant welding blanket materials is 260gsm, 470gsm, 490gsm.
Incombustible Acrylic coated fiberglass cloth are used for welding blankets to protect facilities, equipments from fire hazards, sparks shield during welding operation or other hot work. What's more, other applications includes metal processing, refineries, power generation, vertical curtain, sparks and spray containment, grinding shields, arc flash barriers and as a fire retardant weather barrier. Fiberglass fabric is a eco-friendly material and it is able to be used below 550℃. Acrylic coated fabric can resist 260℃ continuous heat.

Economical Acrylic coated fiberglass welding material is made of basic cloth 200g/m2 e-glass, alkali free plain weave fiberglass cloth. With 30g/m2 coating on each side, this two side coated fabric is weighed at 260g/m2. Thickness is 0.2mm. Standard width is 1000mm, normal roll length is 50m.
