Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric is a high intensity, anti-corrosion,fireproof thermal insulation materials, it is widely used in industries as welding curtain, fireproof blanket, insulation cover, reinforced material etc.
In general, there are four methods to weave the fabric: plain, twill, satin and gauze. UPSC-8732D80 is weaved by 4HS(satin weave). Compared with plain weave and twill weave, it is of high density,high intensity, with a soft and loose structural weave with a good texture.
This fabric is glass fiber coated with 80g silicone rubber on both sides(40/40g), so the total weight is 510g/m2. Unionfull supply all kinds of coating and weight as customer's requiry.

Properties:
1.Insulation
Glass fiber fabric has good thermal insulation properties not found in other fabrics.
2.High temperature resist
Working temperature from -70℃ to 260℃
3.Scale stability and heat resistance are excellent.
4.Light transmittance of 6~13%
5.Anti-corrosion
Resistant to strong acids, alkalis, aqua regia and various organic solvents.
6.High intensity, small elongation (3%)
7.Flammbility ≤25%
Application:
1.In the transportation industry, buses, yachts, tankers, cars, etc. are used.
2.Because silicone cloth has fireproof effect, it is also called fireproof cloth. It has high temperature and fireproof effect and is widely used in high temperature soft connection.
3.In the construction industry, glass fiber cloth is widely used in wall reinforcement, exterior wall insulation, roof waterproofing, etc. It can also be applied to the reinforcement of wall materials such as cement, plastic, asphalt, marble, mosaic, etc. It is an ideal engineering material for the construction industry.
4.Tennis rackets, fishing rods, bows and arrows, swimming pools, bowling places, etc. in daily life are also used.
5.In the petrochemical industry, pipelines, anti-corrosion materials, storage tanks, acid, alkali, and organic solvents are applied.
