4HS Satin Weave 1.2m*50m High Temp. 260℃ Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric

Unionfull's Silicone coated fiberglass fabric is made from e-glass fiberglass cloth, which is coated with silicone rubber on both sides. It excels in applications requiring superior thermal resistance and shows excellent dimensional stability.

Four methods to weave the fabric:
a). Plain weave: it can be used in electricity insulation materials and reinforced materials in industry,

because of inseparable structure, plain and clear lines.
b).Twill weave: compared with plain weave, it is of high density, high intensity, with a soft and loose

structural weave. It can be used in ordinary reinforced materials, filter materials, and painting cloth.
c) Satin weave: compared with plain weave and twill weave, it is of high density,high intensity, with a

soft and loose structural weave with a good texture. It is applicable for use as a higher reinforced

material in machinery.
d). Gauze weave: said lattice twist weave. It can be used in spread model curtain,resin reinforced emery

UPSE-8732D80 is woven by satin weave, and coated with 40g silicone rubber on each side, so the total weight is 510g/m2 after coating.

Application:

1.Glass fiber cloth is widely used in wall reinforcement, exterior wall insulation, roof waterproofing, etc. It can also be applied to the reinforcement of wall materials such as cement, plastic, asphalt, marble, mosaic, etc.

2.Electrical insulation: Silicone cloth has a high electrical insulation grade, can withstand high voltage load, and can be made into insulation cloth, casing and other products.

3.Glass fiber cloth is mainly used in industry: heat insulation, fire prevention and flame retardant. The material absorbs a large amount of heat when it is burned by flames and prevents the flame from passing through and isolating the air.

4.Anti-corrosion: Silicone-coated glass fiber cloth can be used as a pipeline, saving internal and external anti-corrosion layer, excellent anti-corrosion performance and high strength, and it is an ideal anti-corrosion material.
