Industry Multi-layer Protection Thermal Flexible Insulation Jacket
Flexible insulation jacket have a wide range of commercial & Industrial use, such as energy consumption, heat protection and personnel protection. Each flexible insulation jacket is a customized removable cover. They can be used to insulate main fold and just about anything you can imagine.
These flexible insulation jacket have many built in features to assure a good fit and easy install. 2" wide Hook & Loop strips are applied at the laps to make sure the lap stays in place. Nomex Velcro with "D" rings are used to quickly close and secure the covers.
Stay-in-place insulation makes inspection more time-intensive, difficult, and costly. In addition, Unionfull can create custom insulation jacket for larger pipes, sharp angles and bends, or other non-standard piping. We also offer high-temperature insulation for higher temperature applications.
