Removable insulation jackets for valves and flanges are an effective, convenient, and low cost solution to reduce heat loss and lower energy bills. The pipe and valve insulation line is designed to fit an array of fittings and sizes, and can be used on almost any application that requires thermal processing.
Unionfull’s removable insulation jacket are constructed of only the finest materials. High density fiberglass needled mat is used as the insulating material for most jackets, but other materials can be used to meet your application. Silicone coated fiberglass cloth is typically used for the inner liner and outer weather barrier. And for UPIJG-T-25, the out layer fabric are required as PTFE coated fiberglass fabric, which can be with stand of high temperature up to 400 degrees. By using Nomex velcro and stainless steel "D" rings, these insulation jacket have many built in features to assure a good fit and easy install. Kevlar thread increase the strength of the jacket and make it more durable.
Suitable for different temperature range, can be at -70~600 degrees centigrade.
