Flexible Heat/Cold Protection 30mm Thick Thermal Insulation Jacket

Unionfull's thermal insulation jackets is made of high thermal insulation composite materials which is a low cost solution to reduce energy costs and improve safety. Generally, a removable insulation jacket can save 25~40% equipment energy due to the design of three layers: inner layer, insulating, outer layer(protection layer). liner is silicone coated fiberglass fabric or high silica cloth, the insulation layer is high silica needle mat, fiberglass needle mat, or ceramic blanket, and the protection layer is silicone coated fiberglass fabric or ptfe cloth. 4~6 layers also available according to customer’s require.

Unionfull’s insulation jacket have many built in features to ensure a good fit and easy install. 2" wide stainless steel Hook & Loop Closure strips are applied at the laps, not 1" wide, to make sure the lap stays in place. Kevlar thread enhance the strength to assure a good mechanical stability.
