Description:

Silicone coating fiberglass fabric is made of the basic material with high temperature resistant fiberglass fabric and silicone rubber by follow-processing; it is a compound material with high quality of performance.

Unionfull produce silicon rubber coating on one side or both sides of fiberglass fabric, the final area weight is 300-2500g/m2, width is 1-1.54m, supply it in roll or in tape as per client's requirement.

Main Application:

1.Glass fiber cloth is mainly used in industry: heat insulation, fire prevention and flame retardant. The material absorbs a large amount of heat when it is burned by flames and prevents the flame from passing through and isolating the air.

2.Anti-corrosion. With excellent anti-corrosive property, silicone coated glass fabric can be used as protection coating on pipe and saving box.
3.Non-metallic compensator. Silicone coated glass fabric can be produced as soft connecting part of pipe to avoid pipe broken caused by thermal expansion and contraction. With properties of thermal insulation, anti-corrosion, anti-aging and soft, silicone coated glass fabric is widely used in fields like oil, chemical industry, cement and energy sources.

4.Other fields. Silicone coated glass fabric can also be used as sealing material, building reinforced material, high temperature corrosion resistant conveyor belt, packing material, etc.
