Nowadays, Unionfull designed a removable Insulation Jacket which consist of fiberlass fabric and fiberglass needle mat, it comes true a convenient inspection and maintenance while save energy and heating.
According to the specific shape of the pipe, valve, pump or equipment, by careful designing, mapping, removable insulation jacket are produced by special processes which put up a high adapatable. It can be used at different temperatures, different shapes of insulation hot equipment. Removable insulation jacket is especially practical for pipeline equipment that needs to be disassembled, maintained and cleaned frequently.
Normally, removable insulation jacket consist of 3 to 6 layers, materials of insulation cover are 260℃ silicone coated gfiberglass fabric and 800℃ fiberglass needled mat interior. With these fiberglass materials, flexible insulation cover has performance like heat resistant, electrical insulation, high intensity, flexible and tough, oil&water resistance and anti corrosion.
