12HS Silica Fabric Welding Blanket Splash Protection High Silica Cloth Brown

High silica cloth is a special fiberglass fabric which contains over 96% silicone dioxide. With excellent heat resistance, it can work for 10 minutes at 1450 ° C, and keep well at 1600 ° C for 15 seconds, the melting point is close to 1700 ° C, long period service at 900 ° C. Due to the outstanding capability of high strength, easy processing, heat insulation and ablation resistance, the product is primarily used in firproof work such as welding and burning splash protection.
It is an ideal replacement for asbestos and useful for thermal and electrical insulation in severe application environments.

The fabrics have two kinds of weave. It can be treated in different ways in order to meet specific purposes. Main products: fireproofing curtain, fireproof garments, heat-proof mat, fire blanket and welding blanket.

Typically, silica cloth can be produced at width of 92cm,100cm and 105cm, roll length at 25 or 50meters. UPH-8120-92 is a heavy weight fiberglass cloth weaved by 12HS, and weight at 1250g/m2, so the fabric is smooth, shiny and soft.
